A Seat at the Table is a 3-week virtual leadership experience designed to help you step out of the weeds, recognize what may be keeping you from your next level of leadership, and begin leading with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
We'll meet for one focused hour each week, giving you time between sessions to reflect, apply what you're discovering, and return ready to take the next step.

Seat at the Table is an experience.
For one hour each week, we’ll step away from the demands of doing and create space for reflection, conversation, Scripture discovery, and practical leadership development. And because we’re meeting over three weeks, you’ll have time between our conversations to notice what’s happening in your actual leadership—and begin putting what you discover into practice.
WEEK ONE — TAKE YOUR SEAT:
Take an honest look at how you’re leading today, where you may still be operating as the go-to doer, and what those patterns may be costing you.
WEEK TWO — LOOK BENEATH THE SURFACE:
Through Scripture, reflection, and conversation, we’ll explore some of the beliefs behind the way you lead—including responsibility, trust, identity, and the need to be the one everyone depends on.
WEEK THREE — LEAD FROM YOUR NEXT SEAT:
Bring what you’ve discovered together and identify what needs to shift so you can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. You won’t leave with a longer to-do list.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the leader you’re becoming—and what your next step may be.
